I have toyed with the idea of a monthly newsletter or small website for a while now. Feeling that sending an unsolicited email was a little intrusive to my clients ... I have procrastinated. Then I discovered the blog forum and how it could serve for current updates, general information and pictures without the feeling of a big website. And I could send everyone who has ever contacted me in the past year a quick email with my blogspot link and they could chose to go on to read my ramblings without being intrusive. So this blog is meant to provide a re-connect with those of you who I haven't seen in a while and a place for you to check on my weekly availability.

A few clients have inquired about why I don't always run an ad on Craig's List or Backpage and expressed that they were worried I wasn't working anymore when the ad was absent. If I ran a constant ad, I would be so over worked, I wouldn't be able to give the kind of unique attention I like to provide to everyone.

Stress is one of the Major causes of health problems in today's world. Stress is our enemy. Touch is one of the oldest, simplest forms of therapy for stress and depression. The basic goal of any massage is to help the body heal itself and to increase health and well-being. There are many benefits to receiving a full body sensual massage. One that is often overlooked is the health benefit of increased circulation which can improve many body issues, not to mention your love life. My goal is for you to have a calm, still place in your mind, a re-energized "happy" body and a soothed soul when you leave my table. Remember... just because my massage feels like a pampering treat and a juicy experience doesn’t mean it is any less therapeutic.
